1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Crown Dominion Global ("CDG") website at crowndominionglobal.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

CDG is a Multilateral International Investment Company established in Cameroon in 2017, operating across Cameroon, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Kenya, Turkey, Dubai, the USA, and Canada.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent purposes.

3. Services

CDG provides a range of services through the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Event registration and ticket purchasing (CDG Events)
• Program enrollment and leadership training (AAGTI)
• International business consulting and networking
• Real estate investment services
• Education consultancy and scholarship programs
• Media marketing and brand management services
• Affiliate programs and partnership opportunities

Service availability may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change without prior notice.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of order placement.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: online transfer, bank transfer, MoneyGram, mobile money, and other methods as specified during checkout. All payments must be made in full before services are rendered.

4.3 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. For program enrollments, a confirmation email with your unique identification number and participation badge will be sent after payment verification.

4.4 Payment Validity

For program registrations, your registration is not valid until payment is made. Without payment within 30 days, the application is automatically considered void and will be deleted from the system. You may re-register from scratch as a new registration.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase:

• Event Tickets: Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued after this period or for no-shows.
• Program Enrollments: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided the program has not commenced. Once a program cohort begins, no refunds will be issued.
• Consulting Services: Refund terms are governed by individual consulting agreements.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@crowndominionglobal.com. Processing may take up to 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of CDG or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Share, resell, or transfer your event tickets or program access without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CDG and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content provided

Our total liability for all claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to CDG in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CDG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CDG and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that CDG shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such third-party services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Cameroon, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

For matters relating to CDG's operations in the Republic of Turkey, the applicable Turkish laws and the courts of Istanbul may also have jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
